Coach Pereira's thoughts from varsity football game against Poquoson

Straight from Coach Pereira:

Our team played hard on Saturday, but mistakes were quite costly.  Against a good team like Poquoson, we could not afford to turn the ball over 4 times.  They really didn’t stop us as much as we stopped ourselves.  We did move the ball into the red zone 2 times before turning it over.  We had 2 other drives that were going well before turning it over.
 
We’re still learning how to be a solid team, both physically and mentally.  We use each game as a learning tool for our upcoming game.
