Sonny Dearth of the Daily Press posted scores from last night's matchups. York's varsity field hockey team (5-6, 3-2) lost to Tabb. York's varsity volleyball team (4-10, 4-8) was defeated by New Kent, but the JV squad pulled out a win. You can read them all HERE.

Thanks a lot for the JV score. I have not heard anything from their coach, so I have not been able to get as much information on them.

How about reporting on the York Field Hockey Invitational? Grafton won the pool but York put a lid on Grafton's scoring field day limiting score to 1-0. The York Field Hockey program is for real. Watch out Grafton and Tabb!
