10/07 Update

-Despite 12 saves by Robin Roston, Warwick lost 4-0 to the District-leading Denbigh Patriots in field hockey on Monday.

-In girls volleyball, the Raiders lost a close one to Menchville on Monday (20-25, 23-25, 25-20, 25-17, 15-13) and also lost to Woodside, who is undefeated in District play, on Tuesday (18-25, 25-19, 25-20, 25-20).

-The boys volleyball team also lost to Woodside, who is undefeated in District play and has only one loss on the season, on Tuesday (25-7, 25-22, 25-23).

-The cross country meet against Menchville is cancelled for good and will not be made up.  Dual meets during the regular season do not affect the District championship.

-The cross country teams raced PD favorite Gloucester at home yesterday.  Desmond Fogg won his second race of the year in a time of 17:30, but Gloucester took the next 5 spots to win 20-41.  Olivia Abbott led the Raiders girls with a 3rd place finish, but the Gloucester ladies won 21-40.
