Sailing Along....

First day in NJ racing at Toms River Yacht Club E@ races were sailed in A fleet and 8 races were sailed in B fleet. Both William Bomar and Gena Marquardt skippered A fleet and James Gardeners skippered B fleet. Jacob Marquardt crewed for both William and James, while Meredith Robinson crewed for Gena and Laura Fowler crewed for James.
The day started with steady wind but died as the day went on. The kids sailed from 830a to 430p. It was a tough day for WA but they held their own in puffy tough conditions.
I do miss competitive events such as these. I hope I can watch one of these in this year's season.
