Let's stop a rumor before it spreads: For all of you social media junkies in Virginia, you are allowed to photograph your ballot and upload it to Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, whatever.
That is not true in all states. Alabama, for example, does not allow cameras in polling places. Massachusetts doesn't allow cell phones. California prohibits voters from sharing the content of their ballots.
