U.S. Rep. Scott Rigell, R-Virginia Beach, will hold a private campaign fund raiser in Newport News Monday evening.
Rigell, who is seeking reelection in Virginia's 2nd Congressional District, will meet with donors at Luigi's Restaurant, 15400 Warwick Blvd.
The event is not open to the public.
Rigell is being challenged by Democratic Virginia Beach businessman Paul Hirschbiel for the 2nd District seat, which due to redistricting no includes portions of Newport News.
