Warner makes a Hampton Roads swing...

Former Gov. Mark R. Warner is pulling his campaign through south Hampton Roads on Tuesday to talk about the economy with some local folks and the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce.

Warner is fresh off his debate with fellow former Gov. Jim Gilmore as the two men vie to replace retiring Republican U.S. Sen. John Warner - no relation. Warner made millions on the front end of the cell phone boom, but on Tuesday he'll be chatting up some local people at D'Egg Diner in downtown Norfolk.

Then it's off to a chamber lunch in Chesapeake, followed by some retail politics along Main Street in Suffolk in the early afternoon.
