That's the word today from a transportation summit in Richmond, attended by the delegations from Northern Virginia and Hampton Roads.
Several legislators mentioned that date during the meeting, but so far, there is no confirmation from the office of Gov. Timothy M. Kaine.
The date makes sense, since Kaine said he was eying the second half of June.
The session would be devoted to -- what else? - transportation funding for those two congested regions, plus discussion of a statewide solution to the maintenance funding problem.
