UP AND AWAY
We are starting with the tabb blog now! That is what up and away mean...and I think we are done with our up subject title. Any new ideas for titles? We are open to any new ideas. But...ah...a big well said to Kayla St. John, which by the way, the softball car wash starts at 10 pm today at the bp gas station in front of the k-mart....it is the gas station where all the school car washes are held at! Make it because I cannot for I am in Martinsville...yep I am in my own town...honestly I do not know how proud I would be if this town was named after me...but gmu club baseball beat longwood who was like #8 in the nation so my school is doing as good as tabb is doing. How is tabb athletics doing...well let me share...
THE GOODS
What are the goods? Like the results, of course. How about I give you girls soccer first...good news in front of the bad....ow, that was a spoiler! Wee are not there yet! Girls soccer did win...but it is one of those good things that could've been better. The team won 2-1, but tabb really showed they were a better team on the field, but could not manage to score anymore goals...for some reason. SWe have scored enough already this season anyway...it is still a win...everyone has off-days/games. Also, this game was not so exciting because there like a delay for lightning and it never really resumed again...there were like 15 minutes left...but it was counted as a tabb win...becauise they were knew it was going to be so anyway. It wasn't a thriller, but it works as a win, so I am happy and you should be as well. The goals were made by Hollie 'Holy' MacDonald and Ally 'the Hawk' Harmatz. Even in difficult circumstances tabb can manage to get the win...so the game proved something at least. Good job girls, it still worked out for us in the end. JV also won 6-0...they did good...actually better. It was a good night for tabb girls soccer. Next game is wednesday against Heritage at home...so....well it is too early to say be there or be lame...so watch out for that!
I said this was bad news, but it is not really bad...or too bad...but, yes, baseball loss...but they did put up a fight. Actually, tabb had the lead until lafayette put up 6 in the 7th inning...the last inning!! Our winning streak was so close! I was not there, I cannot say we blow it, but things definitely seemed in our favor, but like many things this season...just kinda do not work out. Tabb scored 9 runs in...lafayette had about 6....until that last inning. 9 runs is pretty good. Give us credit for scoring that much at least! Many players had good days on the field like Freak Freedman who went 1-3 with a triple and 1 run, Awesome Arthur who went 2-4 with 1 run and 1 RBI, and Gracious Gore who went 2-3 with a double, 2-run HR, 5 RBIs, and 1 run....yeah I think Gore gets the MVP title too...player of the week appearance baby! This game is not want tabb wanted, but we do know that our offense is pretty good. I think we can still get a district tournament bid, if not by record by just being tabb...that is good enough recognition. The final score was 13 to 9 lafayette...something no one wants to hear...but tabb had a better game than it has before....good job guys. Lafayette is one big strike, if you ask me.
IF YOU HAVE NOTICED
There are a few scores I do not have...it is not my fault...they were not posted. It is boys soccer, softball, and tennis...again. They always get the short end of the stick! Do not blame hrvarsity...they cover allllllllllllll high school sports in the area....do you know how many schools that is?! They do not have enough people for that!! I want to include all scores, but it is hard when I do not have a source or am even in the area. Girls soccer and field hockey have the right idea, they have representatives email me. I always have stuff on those sports. I am open to anything emailed to me...no matter what it is, as along as it is school related and appropriate, I'll post it! I need material people! I know it is lame I do not have the scores, but you can change that...just email philllipsma@verizon.net and your score will always end up on here...or whatever other work you wish to share....let's do hrvarsity a favor and just post the scores they did not get! By the way I say the predictions I made yesterday were all correct...it was just a winning day for tabb...no offense baseball...but yeah, help me out to make this blog as perfect as it can be....email: phillipsma@verizon.net.
THE TABBSTERS
Who is the second member of the newly assembled elite individuals from tabb? It was has been some time since we have heard from the assist queen of tabb. That is because her great team work, good sense of being leadership, and perfect eyebrows led to her involvement with the US government. Ever since that cia scandal the government were searching for replacements...and went with the queen. They trained her, 'roided her up, and gave her a secret identity (notice I have only used her title in paragraph, no name or nickname). She is known as agent awesome now. She knows to find people, make them talk, scare them away, and the fate of our country...which...c'mon...do you think it is actually good? Agent Awesome is just the type of person we need for our team. She is skilled, talented, and trained in kicking ass...yeah I said it...but it is true. I hope this secret grafton weapon has courage...because they are going to need it! Welcome Agent Awesome to the team...I am sure no one remembers her real actual name....this is not dumb!
Yeah, I am done....just the car crash today is going. Good job to all teams, though I do not really know...help me out people! I am beyond tired...so I will see ya! Nighty night, whenever you are reading this! Have a good one. Martin signing out from Martinsville. Roll Tig!
Peace be with you.
The farthest location the tabb blog has been written was Niagara Falls.
I heard Niagara Falls is a cool place.
