T-DAY REVEALED!
Okay, it was not really a secret mission. I had been talking about it all week. The operation ended yesterday. The question is was it successful? By winning standard...no...but then again it depends on what your definition of winning is. Winning as out scoring your opponent, then no this team did not do that, but winning as making further than you ever had before, playing at the same level as all your opponents, and never being dominated over...then that is what this team is. The report said once the game was finished no one from Tabb was really too bummed....so they did feel like winners. T-Day was still a fun time. I did not expect them to get as far as they did. I thought it would be thisway for girls soccer! There are not many game details. No one really scored a goal. I heard there many attempts, but I am sure that there were by both teams...and we let one in for Jefferson Forest, so that's pretty good...right? In fact it has been said Tabb outplayed Jefferson Forest for most of the game. The ending score was only 1-0. It was a close, hard fought, mission known as T-Day and we will never forget those who participated in it: Dominant DiOrio, Seanaldo, Real-time Robby, No-Mercy Mader, Virus Vicroy, Animal Alex, Samurai Swenson, Puma Powell, A-Park, Maw-some, Sutton!, and the entire Tabb boys soccer 2011 team....did I say that, right? I can't recall the last time Tabb soccer has made it this far. Taking all of this into consideration by standards it is still T-Day! A congrats to the whole team for making as far as they did and having a wonderful season! I am going to miss it!
SOCCER BOY
Yeah, is it not my photo....actually it is kinda old...but I hope I do not get in trouble for using it! Coach Ryan no longer gives advice. He is living large and enjoying the clean sober life. I thought to ease any attention anyone has from what happened to the boys soccer team I will tell the tale of Soccer Boy! Soccer Boy was one of the biggest stars in tabb boys soccer. He was insane! Ever heard of a bicycle kick? He could do a tricycle kick! It did not matter where the ball lied he could kick a goal in. Once he started dribbling no one could catch. His points average was more than anyone before him. People came to soccer games just see him play. Everyone knew who soccer boy was...which led to his vanishings. Soccer Boy just became too big of a celebrity. No mater where he went people his autograph or to endorse a product or saying they were related. Sure, most the time they would pay him, but he had to sacerfice his privacy and personal. All he wanted was to play soccer and be left alone. It was not his fault he was so good. Soccer Boy has two choices end up like Coach Ryan...or bail. The day soon approached when no one saw Soccer Boy then days turned into weeks then weeks to months then months to years! Soccer Boy has never been seen again. So as Soccer Boy teaches you did not have to win states to be considered good and being good is sometimes overrated...so...yeah...long live Soccer Boy! Ah...this story really did not help did it?...I just like calling a guy Soccer Boy!
THE HALL
No Soccer Boy is not in the hall...but we do need soccer players. The boys soccer team just finished their season, so they are elgiable. Many times with a team in their situation I simply will do ths...the whole team is inducted. Rather than winning states if you make it to states you are in. It hapened to Baggettball. Boys socce had a countless number of weapons and wee on game away from the state final game, but that seems worthy enough. I would love to have Dominant DiOrio and Real-time Robby both be in together along with the rest of the team...and a guy named Sutton! That's awesome! So congrats guys! You are in! Now there is the girls soccer team. They did not make it o states, but still had a pretty outstanding season. There was really not one individual doing most the work. There are no seniors...so I do not see much changes happening next year...but I do nt know if I'll be here next year...so the girls soccer team is in too! I am more than happy to have B-Jazz, Hawk Harmatz, Battleship Baez, Kinetic Kinney, and everyone else in the hall! So congrats to them as well! Some may say I just took the easy way out just inducting both teams....but shut up! You do not know how to run a hall! The Alumni Association will be meeting this weekend and will be announcing overlooked athletes from this past year into the hall soon enough.
DAN THE DUDE
This is the only clue I will give to reveal Dan's identity. This will be the closet I will show of his face. I will also say his real name is in fact Dan...or Daniel...or Danny...so I was not lying! He as been around with all year, so has anyone have any guesses to his true identity yet? This mystery has held up well...but I am still opened to guesses...you could win a prize! Well, Dan is finishing up his Eagle Project today...it is at the same place as last week...Christ the King church...so go if you really want to know what he really looks like and who he is. Dan the Dude may soon become Dan the Eagle Scout!
What's going on tonight? I think like most every Tabb student knows it is Prom!...and for the first time in 2 years The Wiz Ki...I mean Man won't be attending...so victory there! Don't ask me where it is or anything....I don't know...and if you don't know I don't think you are going! ...but hopefully after-prom will have laser tag again! The main reason I am writing this is to wish Matt Jacobson and Dana Reynolds good luck with the courtship. They are my endorsements fro Prom King and Queen, so hopefully it will work out for them...Matt says I get an interview if it does! Other than that you get other superlatives given out. I won worst driver in my day...I hear there is a most awkward category...I don't remember my class having that...but if we did I am sure I would've won it..
We will have things up for the next couple days! We are not done with yet...stay with us...please...someone...please! Shouties saying good job to boys soccer, the new Hall inductees, Dan the Dude, a what up to Soccer Boy wherever he is, good luck to Matt and Dana once again, and for everone to have a sweet prom and a sweet day. Out!
