Know when to stop trying on wedding gowns
Trying on wedding gowns can be mesmerizing! It’s one of the best parts of planning a wedding and what many brides look forward to the most. But, yes, you can overdo it. You don’t need to travel to every bridal shop in a 100-mile radius and try on every gown in the store to find the perfect dress. You can drive yourself (and your friends and family) crazy if you carry on the process to long.
I’ve seen many a tired and weary bride in my store at the end of a busy day of trying on gowns and instead of happy and excited she’s frustrated and worn out from “over-trying." I often tell brides they should stick to somewhere between six and ten gowns per appointment and not more than two appointments in one day. After that, they all start to run together and you forget what you like and dislike.
Many girls often find a fantastic dress and then are afraid to commit, so they prolong the process in
an effort to outdo the favorite. Why? There are enough dresses out there that there is bound to be another you’ll like if you look long enough, but question is, “why bother ?” If you find one and love it, stop shopping! You’ll save yourself, your friends and family, and all the bridal consultants helping you in and out of dresses a lot of time and energy!
nice great idea... You catches my attention..I will be great to know more from you..
