Peninsula District-leading Phoebus overcame a nine-point halftime deficit Tuesday night to gain a 65-58 home victory against Denbigh.
In a game that featured 18 3-point baskets -- 10 by the Patriots -- the Phantoms got 15 points from Brian Darden, while Josh Bell led Denbigh with 14.
Troy Williams and James Daniel added 13 points apiece for Phoebus, which overcame a four-point second quarter that led to a 28-19 halftime hole.
Denbigh host the Phantoms tonight.

Paul Gostomski scored 18 points to help the Patriots win in the gym where his older sister Rachel used to play for the Hurricanes.
Quenton Bills had 14 points for Denbigh, which outscored Heritage 15-4 in the first quarter.
