Ever wondered what the Top Chefs might have been? This season, we learned that Carla Hall was once a runway model! Here are my thoughts on what the other chefs might be good at.
Elia Aboumrad – For some reason, I can see Elia as a hair stylist. She has that gorgeous hair of her own, after all, to take care. Also, I think she shaved her own head on season two! She could strike up conversation with ease, and she’d be incredibly dedicated to each client.
Jennifer Carroll – According to Jen’s bio on Bravo, she went to law school. The only other suitable profession besides lawyer I can think of for her would be personal trainer. I think she would be REALLY good at yelling at people.
Stephen Asprinio – Given Stephen’s flair for fashion, I think he’d be a good stylist to the stars. Personally, I’d like to hear him give red carpet critiques.
Dale Levitski – Dale would make a great high school teacher! He has a really great personality and would get along well with teens. I also think he could have a cartoon character designed based on himself. He has a great face for it!
Spike Mendelsohn – Spike should try designing shoes or hats or some kind of accessories. I can’t see them really being any good, but I definitely see him as an Ed Hardy type.
Casey Thompson – This one is easy. Casey already IS an excellent blog writer. She has written blogs for bravotv.com, and she writes on her own website, as well. She has a great voice for writing and really connects with her readers. Check her out - http://www.chefcaseythompson.com/posts/.
Tiffani Faison – I think Tiffani could easily be a spokesperson for a charitable organization. She’s well spoken and seems like a very passionate person.
Jamie Lauren – Another easy one: tattoo artist.
Marcel Vigneron – I’m not sure what job is good for you when you’re really good at getting people to dislike you, but maybe politician?
Tre Wilcox – Two words: male model. Or, Tre could be a dancer of sorts, I suppose. I miss his face…and his abs.
Fabio Viviani – Fabio would make a perfect addition to the crew of ladies who host The View. Fabio is funny and adorable. He would put guests at ease and make the audience live and at home crack up. He would also be good as a judge on a reality show, like American Idol.
Angelo Sosa – Angelo would be a great host for a show on TLC or HGTV. He has “the look” and seems like he could easily learn enough about just about anything to at least sound like an expert.
Richard Blais – Richard would be a great elementary school teacher. Or, he could host a science program for kids on television like Bill Nye the Science Guy. He’s dynamic and smart and non-threatening. Kids would eat him up!
Tiffany Derry – Real Housewife of Beaumont? She IS a newlywed…
Carla Hall – As I wrote above, Carla was a runway model previously. She also majored in accounting in college and has her CPA, no easy certification to achieve. It seems to me that Carla might be able to be a real estate agent. People would feel incredibly comfortable trusting her with an important decision in their lives, and she would look lovely in her advertisements.
Mike Isabella – Used car salesman. He seems like a slippery, slimy guy to me. Or, Jersey Shore: Mid-Life Crisis star?
Antonia Lofaso – Like Spike, I think Antonia would be a good designer. She could make earrings or shoes or something like that. I would wear her stuff. She has style.
Dale Talde – Maybe Dale could rap, or join the Far East Movement? He’s the only chef I struggled to come up with an alternate profession for, so maybe I’m right and he is meant to be Top Chef!
Dream is gorgeous when the fact is unmerciful. Sometimes fate is in we have hors , but we only can't alter it.
