It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas... which means our TV selections are few and far between until January.
While we take a break and catch up on our Netflix queue, I thought we should take a moment to highlight some of the best, worst and befuddling of 2010. This Sunday, DailyPress.com will feature the Pop Culture 2010 roundup.

An Actually interesting History Channel show: "Brad Meltzer's Decoded"
Most boring Reality Program of 2010: "Sarah Palin's Alaska" (How can ANYONE make Alaska look so BORING?!?!)

Best breakout hit: "The Walking Dead"
Best guilty pleasure: "The Vampire Diaries"
Best can't-miss show: "True Blood"
Show I wish I had started much earlier: "Cougar Town" (SERIOUSLY, my roommate and I caught some episodes with our Cox Cable OnDemand, and they were HILARIOUS.)
Some of the other DPoppers will contribute in the days to come, but we wanted to ask you: What was your breakout show of 2010? Guilty pleasure? Comment and let us know.
No "breaking bad"?
You obviously watch the wrong kind of TV.

It's really delightful to see "The Vampire Diaries" as your best guilty pleasure in the list. There are a lot of good-looking and talented actors in that show. In my opinion, Nina Dobrev suits the character of Catherine better than the role of Elena. =)
